PREPARATION: Elaboration of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks, fermentative maceration for 2-3 days between 8-10º C, leaving the native yeast to ferment for more than 15 days, not exceeding 28º C. Once finished The base wine is aged for a long time in barrels of different woods and degrees of toasting that give our wines their character, flavor and aromas.
