The gold shavings join with the yellow-green tone of the wine, forming golden sparkles.

On the nose it presents aromas of tropical fruit and notes of freshly cut grass.

PREPARATION: After pressing the grapes, the must ferments at 13º C for approximately 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation is finished, the wine remains on its fine lees for a month.
