More info

Tarima Hill red wine aging 2015
Wine made from grapes of the 100% Monastrell variety, having a rest of 14 months in French oak barrels. Grapes from vineyards between 40 and 75 years of age with very low yields. These vineyards are cultivated in a glass system and under natural conditions, without irrigation. The climate of the area, with high thermal variations during the day and night, results in a balanced acidity and sugar content.

Tarima Hill red wine has a ruby red color and an aroma of red fruits and blackberries, with subtle background to grass and floral qualities. It also has firm and centered flavors of black fruits. The end repeats the notes of blackberries, leaving energetic traces of pepper. It is a long and persistent ending.

With an alcohol content of 15%
