Wheat flour, salt, Antioxidants: (extract rich in tocopherols, E-304)

To cook manchego gazpacho:

Are needed:

6 tablespoons of oil.

2 or 3 cloves of garlic

About 30 g. of tomato.

Meat of chicken, rabbit or game 250 g.

Salt to taste and the contents of this bag

How to cook it:

In a pan pour the 6 tablespoons of oil where the meat is fried until it is well browned, add the tomato, once sofrito is added 1.5 liters of water and 3 cloves of garlic, all this is left boiling until the meat is well cooked, then the contents of this bag are added and left to boil for 10 minutes stirring. 5 minutes are left at rest before serving.
