Made and cured in Guijuelo (Salamanca) in natural drying rooms, they give rise to a healthy and tasty product.

Cured in a period of no less than 20 months. Certified quality.

Ingredients: Iberian pork shoulder, salt and preservatives (E-250 and E-252)

Raised by extensive system. The pigs under this system are integrated into the natural environment, remaining free in all their life stages.
