CERTIFICATION: Fire-printed 8-pointed star with NUMBERED band and CERTIFIED by the “C.R.D.O. Teruel Ham”.
PRESENTATION: Ham with leg and skin, wrapped in protective paper, sheathed in a colored mesh and with a decorative net, cotton rope. Shipped in a suitcase-type cardboard box for transport.
LABELING: Nutritional values, best before date and labeling, product traceability, EAN code, ingredients, etc.
CONSERVATION and CONSUMPTION: Store in a DRY and open place at room temperature. Once opened, it should be consumed within approximately one month so as not to lose its excellent qualities. Cut in a ham holder, with a knife in thin slices
CURING AND BREEDING: At more than 1000 meters of altitude, with sea salt and slow, natural maturation with more than 18 months of curing. Cross between the DUROC breed (father line) and Landrace/LargeWhite (mother line).
